One-on-one trauma support rooted in compassion and nervous system awareness

If you’ve been living with complex PTSD or trauma from your past, you probably already know—talking about it doesn’t always help. That’s because trauma isn’t just stored in your mind. It lives in your body and your patterns.

In these private sessions, I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) to gently help you regulate your nervous system, process unresolved emotional experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode.

This is a safe, non-clinical space where you’re not expected to “get over it” or explain everything. Together, we’ll work with what’s showing up in your body, emotions, and energy. You’ll be guided with warmth, presence, and deep respect for your process.

These sessions can support you if you’re:

  • Constantly anxious, hyper-alert, or easily triggered

  • Feeling emotionally numb or shut down

  • Struggling with self-worth, boundaries, or codependency

  • Caught in patterns that come from childhood trauma

  • Tired of repeating cycles that keep you from feeling safe or free

You don’t have to do it alone. I’ve walked this road too, and I know how heavy it can feel. My role is to support your healing—not by “fixing” you, but by helping you reconnect to the parts of you that got disconnected along the way.
