What it is A gentle, evidence‑informed 6‑week Nervous System Reset designed for people who are tired of being controlled by overwhelm, chronic stress, anxiety, hypervigilance, or shutdown.

This program uses trauma‑informed yoga, breathwork, somatic tools, and practical nervous‑system education to help you move from survival into steadiness — so you can feel centred, present, and capable again.
