Tapping on the side of the hand:
- Even though I feel the need to force things to happen in my life- I accept myself and how I feel.
- Even though it’s really hard for me to let go…. I accept my feelings and I remember that the universe has always got my back.
- Even though I’ve been listening to my EGO voice, I choose let go and listen for inspired action from my inner guide.
Tapping through the points:
Eyebrow: If I don’t force things to happen, they’ll never happen for me.
Side of the eye: If I let go it means I don’t care.
Under the eye: If I don’t go out and take the bull by the horns I’ll never get anywhere.
Under the nose: If I go with the flow, then I won’t accomplish anything.
Chin: The art of allowing won’t work for me!
Collarbone: But I’m so tired of feeling like I’m swimming upstream.
Under the arm: If I let go nothing will get done.
Top of the head: The universe hasn’t got my back!
Eyebrow: This stuff doesn’t work for me. I must be doing it wrong.
Side of eye: But what if I start to trust my inner guide?
Under the eye: What if my inner guide can help me take inspired actions?
Under the nose: I’m willing to connect with my inner guide, and listen for advice.
Chin: I am grateful for my inner guide.
Collarbones: But I still don’t trust that if I let go the universe has my back.
Under the arm: I can get still and silent and tune in to my inner guide.
Top of head: It’s too hard to let go! I don’t want to let go! Nothing will happen if I just go with the flow.
Eyebrow: If I tune in to my inner guide I’ll know what actions to take.
Side of the eye: I’m grateful for my inner guide showing me the way.
Under the eye: I deserve to move ahead feeling peaceful and relaxed.
Under the nose: Source energy wants me to achieve my goals
Chin: I’m fully loved and supported by the universe.
Collarbones: I am so grateful for allowing good into my life.
Under the arm: Thank you inner guide for showing me the way
Top of the head: Thank you universe for listening and having my back.
Eyebrow: Thank you inner guide for reminding me of who I really am.
Side of eye: I’m ready to let go and let good into my life.
Under eye: I love going with the flow.
Under Nose: I love feeling peaceful and calm.
Chin: I love receiving what I want.
Collar bones: I love feeling supported by the universe.
Under arm: I love receiving guidance from my source.
Top of Head: I love feeling peaceful and relaxed.
Take a deep breath…..and exhale…..take another deep breath and exhale.
Just notice if there are any felt sensations in the body, images, thoughts, or emotions? Just notice them- if you have a pen and paper maybe take time to jot them DOWN. If resistance came up, take note of it and you can go back and tap on that later.
