I help stressed-out women de-stress and get their energy back.  I come into your home and teach you yoga. It’s easy to start, and everyone can do it even if you’re a complete beginner. Classes are tailored to your goals, and I provide the motivation and accountability needed to reach your goals! 

I also provide yoga in the workplace. If you’re trying to decide on a “wellness at work program,” yoga is a natural choice. It’s benefits both employers and employees. All Levels Hatha Yoga:

Hatha Yoga is a combination of asanas (physical postures), breathing techniques and meditation. Participants will become stronger, more flexible and will feel relaxed at the end of each class. Suitable for beginners to advanced yogis. Classes are for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa yoga is challenging and invigorating and strengthens every muscle in your body. You work up a sweat and move quickly through each posture. All participants should be somewhat physically fit before participating in this type of class.


This instructor-led class will relax the body and calm the mind.  Meditation has shown to increase the quality of life, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, improve problem-solving skills and much more. Suitable for all levels.
