I spent years struggling with destructive eating behaviours, an unhealthy obsession with my weight, food, and body image.

Conventional methods didn’t work for me, so I turned to mindfulness practices. When I committed to practising daily, my deeply ingrained destructive patterns loosened. The act of turning inward allowed me to view myself through a kinder, more self-compassionate lens. I realized I was not alone in my suffering; this filled me with a deep sense of peace and freedom. 

The mindfulness practices I used can help you release those destructive patterns. You’ll find clarity and create a whole new relationship with your body.

My goal is for you to stop trying to be someone you think you should be and embrace who you truly are.
