Member Spotlight: The Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce

I was thrilled to participate in the Member Spotlight and share my journey with the Canadian Women's Chamber of Commerce community. Being interviewed was an incredible opportunity to reflect on my entrepreneurial journey and impact on others.

In the interview, I not only discussed my role as the Communications Coordinator for The Canadian Women's Chamber of Commerce but also my services supporting professional women and women-identified entrepreneurs suffering from body image dissatisfaction, yo-yo dieting, and eating disorders.

I shared my motivation for starting my practice, rooted in my struggles and journey to find alternative healing modalities. After gaining these tools and learning these techniques, I realized I could help others facing similar challenges, and thus, my business was born.

Being part of the Canadian Women's Chamber of Commerce community has profoundly impacted my journey. To aspiring women entrepreneurs, I encourage them to discover their passion and take steady steps forward. There may be challenges, but connecting with others and embracing available resources can lead to remarkable growth.

During challenging times as an entrepreneur, my journey and experiences motivate me, as I am passionate about guiding others to overcome their struggles and shine brightly.

I am excited about relaunching my program this fall, "Nourishing the Soul," and expanding my offerings with in-person group classes for yoga, PTSD, recovery from trauma, and eating disorders. I aim to create a nurturing community where women can support one another on the road to recovery and provide them with tools and techniques to avoid future roadblocks.

To aspiring women entrepreneurs, I encourage them to discover their passion and take steady steps forward. There may be challenges, but connecting with others and embracing available resources can lead to remarkable growth.

In conclusion, my journey, as shared in the Member Spotlight, reflects how personal struggles can ignite meaningful change. My dedication to guiding women toward healing and self-acceptance through innovative practices is at the core of my work.

If you're seeking guidance, I hope my story and work offer the motivation you need to kickstart your journey to recovery. I emphasized the importance of seeking help and reaching out, as it's a sign of strength, not weakness.

Please reach out and discover the possibilities that await you.
